TERMS OF SERVICE

1. When actual work begins
Upon final commitment by client in writing, Logic Web Designs will schedule with client a project-start date. Unless otherwise specified in writing, the client is charged upon completion for design projects. Websites are made live upon completion of the project. If applicable, hosting and domain name registration fees must be paid every month. All other marketing services will be paid upfront before services can begin.
2. Additional services
Additional services, outside of the initial scope of the agreed project terms, come at additional fees, on a fee for service basis or on an hourly rate. If clients require additional services, the correspondent fee is added to their invoice and they are charged accordingly.
3. Delays
Delays in project completion may occur when:

  • The client requests/hires us for additional services related to the project
  • The client requests further changes in the design, structure, or content of the project
  • There is a delay in the receipt of any materials from the client

  • Time frames estimates for website and digital design projects are approximate only and are subject to change at any time at Logic Web Designs’ discretion. At any time, and at its whole discretion, Logic Web Designs’ may decide to put a project on hold.
    4. Satisfaction Guarantee
    All of our services are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We don’t stop working until our clients are completely satisfied with their solution. That is our commitment. However, Logic Web Designs will, under no circumstances, be held responsible to satisfy unreasonable expectations or request. Logic Web Designs’ will have discretion to decide whether or not a request or an expectation is reasonable or lies within the scope of offer of services to its client. As an example, if the client purchases a certain service, but in order to be fully satisfied, Logic Web Designs judges that an additional service is necessary, then it is no longer Logic Web Designs’ responsibility or commitment to satisfy the client. In other words, Logic Web Designs guarantees 100% satisfaction within the framework of its original agreement with the client, according to Logic Web Designs’ understanding.
    5. Completed Services
    Services or part of services (i.e. elements of a project) that have been approved by the client are considered as services with which the client is 100% satisfied. This means no more work will be done on that project and no service will be provided. Any further work on these services (elements of the project) will be invoiced accordingly.This doesn’t apply to hosting and domain name registration services, which are provided independently of the project status, and only according to the client’s payments and/or arrangements.
    6. Refunds
    If client is not satisfied with Logic Web Designs’ Services, client can request a refund on any unused monies. Logic Web Designs will be happy to review said request and exercise a review to determine if refunds should be allocated. If Logic Web Designs’ agrees to refund, client understands all work done on the project will be removed in full or in-part determined by the the case scenario of the refund request.
    7. Decline of project submission(s)
    Logic Web Designs reserves the rights to decline any project submission(s) that Logic Web Designs deems unsuitable or otherwise unattainable.
    8. 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Discounts
    Logic Web Designs offers Non-Profit 501(c)(3) organizations a discounted rated on design services. Client must provide proof of 501(c)(3) status to claim the discounted rate. Said ‘proof’ should be a copy of the organization’s ‘IRS Determination Letter’. Logic Web Designs reserves the right to verify non-profit status by calling the IRS directly and/or confirming the organization is listed on the IRS Exempt Organization List ( http://www.irs.gov/Charities-&-Non-Profits/Exempt-Organizations-Select-Check ).
    9. Ad Program Policies
    Program use is subject to all applicable Logic Web Designs and Google policies, including without limitation the Google Editorial Guidelines (https://support.google.com/adspolicy/answer/6021546?hl=en), Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy), Google Advertising Policies (https://support.google.com/adspolicy) and Google Trademark Guidelines (https://www.google.com/permissions/), and Google and Partner ad specification requirements (collectively, “Policies”). Policies may be modified at any time. Logic Web Designs may, from time to time, modify ads or keywords to comply with any of these Policies.
    10. Ad Program Terms
    Client is solely responsible for all content, information, and URLs (“Creative”) on their own web sites and landing pages which Creative links or directs viewers to, and Logic Web Designs’ advertised services and products (collectively “Services”) direct links to. Client shall protect any Client passwords and takes full responsibility for Customer’s own, and third party, use of any Client accounts.

    Client understands and agrees that Logic Web Designs may place and display ads on any content or property provided by Google (“Google Property”), unless Client opts out of such placement via written instructions to Logic Web Designs, Client authorizes and consents to all such placements.

    Client agrees that all placements of Customer’s ads shall conclusively be deemed to have been approved by Client unless Client produces contemporaneous documentary evidence showing that Client disapproved such placements in the manner specified by Logic Web Designs.

    Client grants Logic Web Designs permission to utilize an automated software program to retrieve and analyze websites associated with the Services, unless Client specifically opts out of the evaluation in a manner specified by Logic Web Designs. Logic Web Designs may modify any of its Programs at any time without liability. Logic Web Designs also may modify these Terms at any time without liability, and Client’s use of the Program after notice that these Terms have changed constitutes Client’s acceptance of the new Terms.

    Logic Web Designs or Google may reject or remove any ad or Target for any or no reason. Logic Web Designs or Google may reject your website at any time based on website guidelines. Logic Web Designs will work with Google and Client to resolve, however Google has ultimate approval on the website.
    11. About credit cards data processing
    Please keep in mind that for security reasons, Logic Web Designs always:

    Prevents unauthorized access, maintains data accuracy, and ensures the correct use of information, through appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information it collects online and offline.
    Hires the services of reliable third party companies to manage credit card information and payment gateway secured encryption for the websites of its clients. Such companies charge fees per transaction and/or fees per month for which the client is responsible. Most such companies offer various fee plans to best suit the needs of the client’s business depending on the volume of the client’s online transactions.

    All prices appearing on this site are subject to change without notice. These prices are solely informative and Logic Web Designs is not necessarily committed to them for your project.     13. Desgin Content and Appearance
    -Client Site Content: Logic Web Designs doesn’t assume any responsibility or liability for the content of the websites it designs and/or hosts. Logic Web Designs does offer its clients regular website updates and content management, however, the information, materials, or products found thereon, is determined by the client, Logic Web Designs has no control of those decisions.
    -Website Appearance: Because of the nature of web design and programming work, websites always appear differently on different computers. Screen resolution, operating system, and browsing software are just a few examples of variables that may affect the way a website looks. The client must be aware of these possible variations and Logic Web Designs will not be held responsible for them.
